Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted 12 months after the last contact. Client records are kept as set out in the written service agreement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by email.

CT data is shared with our partner medical institution and implant factory only with your consent, for simulation design. CT data is never uploaded through this website; your consultant arranges a separate transfer. It is used to complete the design and any later treatment, and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Allevia Advanced Aesthetics provides consultation support, appointment coordination and travel assistance. Website information is general and does not replace an individual medical consultation. Treatment suitability and clinical decisions are determined by the treating doctor.

All coordination services are governed by written service agreements. Medical treatments are provided under direct agreement with accredited Shanghai medical institutions.
